Eddisons incorporating Barker Storey Matthews was the sole agent acting for the landlord in the sale of the freehold of office space in north Cambridge to a faith-based charity.

The charity is the owner occupier of 6 Trust Court at the Vision Park office complex in Histon, three miles from the/Cambridge city centre
