Lindsay Kerr

Lindsay qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 and joined the firm in 2008 when the Commercial Property Management team from the Erinaceous Group merged with the existing Eddisons business. Lindsay has considerable experience in all aspects of Property Management, together with Office and Industrial Agency with a previous employer.
Project Experience

Lindsay is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years experience in the property industry largely in the private sector in the Glasgow and West of Scotland market but with extensive knowledge of the wider Scottish market.

Initially employed as a management surveyor, he gained valuable experience working in the Office and Industrial Agency Departments of Webster & Co, latterly part of the Gooch Webster. During that period clients included Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Courts Service and Northern Retail Property Fund.

A move to Chesterton heading up the Glasgow Management Department provided useful experience running a department and acting for more substantial funds with properties across the United Kingdom. These included Prudential plc, UBS plc, Britannic Asset Management, Centrica plc, Wichford, Castlemore, and F & C REIT Asset Management.
He has dealt with all types of Commercial, Retail and Industrial property

Throughout his career, has Internal Auditor training for Quality Assurance purposes and also has extensive knowledge of service charges on office and retail property.
