• Lot 1 – Valuation – Portfolio and individual asset valuations to include red book valuations and development appraisals
• Lot 2A – Commercial Agency – Sales and letting of industrial, office, retail, and leisure space
• Lot 3 – Lease Management – We offer a comprehensive lease advisory service covering lease renewals and rent reviews
• Lot 4 – Property/Estate Management We manage major shopping centres, offices and industrial assets
• Lot 5 – Strategic Asset Management and Development Consultancy – We have a specialist team which advises on a full range of occupier and development consultancy matters including site appraisals, master planning and development management services
• Lot 8 – Planning Consultancy – We have an experienced team of town planners who provide support on built environment projects and master plans

Eddisons offers end-to-end, lifecycle project delivery advice, such as:

• Asset Management & Option Planning – assessing property values and advising on options for managing estates and potential changes.
• Decarbonisation plans – delivery of major infrastructure, energy-related projects
• Feasibility Studies – checking the viability of a project and preparing a cost estimate for all eventualities
• Managing Tender Processes – conducting tender and contract award processes in compliance with Public Contract Regulations, on behalf of a client to appoint contractors to carry out required works
• Site Management – we conduct regular site visits to check on progress and quality of work
• Employers’ agent – ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time, on budget and provide quality outcomes
• Bringing together a multi-disciplinary team to include architects, mechanical & electrical engineers, structural engineers, fire engineers, etc.
