Andrew Forbes Surveyors, led by managing director David Chichester, comprises six offices that focus on commercial and residential property valuations.

Their valuations services include loan security, taxation, accounting, Charities Act reports, matrimonial work, and pension fund valuations.

As well as valuations, the team are RICS-qualified and also offer building surveying, dilapidations advice, licence for alterations consultancy, and project monitoring as well as other key services.

After 34 years of building an enviable reputation in Lincoln, Banks Long & Co joined Eddisons in May 2023.

The agency gained the market share in the cathedral city by providing thorough, impartial advice on a number of different topics including commercial agency, cost consultancy and investment consultancy.

Budworth Hardcastle joined the Eddisons brand in June 2022, and is led by Mark Budworth and their wider management team to this day.

Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors were founded in 1992 with the aim of providing a comprehensive service to clients on all property related matters. The business has developed its operations over time, including its service offering in block property management. Whilst growing as a business, the firm has always maintained its focus on providing expert advice and leading client service as a commercial property agency.

Additionally, as of January 2022, the firm became part of Eddisons, and continues to be led by Chris Daniells and the wider management team. Based in Fareham, Hampshire, the team operate across the south coast of England, with a network across Bournemouth, East Sussex, and the Isle of Wight. Offering a team of local chartered building surveyors and general practice surveyors, the acquisition provides expert knowledge of commercial and residential property in the south coast. 

Based in London’s West End, HNG Chartered Surveyors became part of the Eddisons brand in January 2021 as a multi-disciplinary practice focusing on commercial property.

Working in the Capital brings a special set of surveying skills, with our team also well-versed in arbitration, business rates and lease advisory services for both property owners and occupiers.

Acquired by Eddisons in October 2019, Ernest Wilson is the premier business transfer agency in Yorkshire, serving the whole country since 1956.

The Transport Planning and Highway Design team offers a comprehensive service to its clients, starting with planning consent and developing into a much more niche and bespoke experience for each of their clients.

In the time that the team has worked as part of Eddisons, they have expanded their team and diversified their skillsets to include planning applications and feasibility studies.

Eddisons acquired CJM Asset Management in 2018, as part of our decision to grow our auctions offering after acquiring Pugh & Co two years previously.

Focusing on asset sales, the Scunthorpe-based team separate themselves from the rest through technical knowledge and specialist advice that has been developed over years of working with multinational companies, local authorities and specific individuals.

Our first auctions acquisition, Pugh and Co joined Eddisons in 2016 as one of the UK’s leading online property auctioneers.

Pugh & Co have been running monthly auctions since 1991, selling land, commercial buildings and residential properties for multinational property organisations and public bodies alike.

In 2023, Eddisons combined Pugh & Co and Mark Jenkinson’s auction listings to create the largest set of lots in the country, giving us a huge geographic reach and unrivalled insight into the market.
