What is planned preventatative maintenance (PPM)?

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) refers to regularly scheduled maintenance plans to prevent damage occuring in your commercial property. Regular maintenance is important to ensure your property maintains a good condition and appearance, and operates efficientlty. Inadequate maintenance can lead to issues which can endanger occupiers of the property. Maintenance can be both reactive (responding to incidents as they occur), or preventative, wherein by planning ahead this can aim to reduce incidents from occuring and then having to respond to this once they have happened.
