Tom Freer

Tom is a Regional Director for Property Management covering the East Midlands, having formerly been a team member of Budworth Hardcastle who became part of the Eddisons group in June 2022.

With over 15-years’ experience in general practice surveying, Tom’s principal role is to head up the Property Management of the portfolios administered across the East Midlands, and he is also well versed in Commercial Agency and Professional work.

Initially working in Leicester as a Retail & Office Surveyor, Tom acted for a variety of clients from individual private investors to national clients such as Land Securities Trillium, Mapely and NCP in both agency and professional roles.

After obtaining his chartership and becoming a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Tom chose to focus on the Property Management and Agency sector of the marketplace covering all property types, which has led to a solid and rounded foundation and experience to draw upon.
