About Tim
Tim Bradford, BSc (Hons), MRICS, is a Director within the Investment and Development Consultancy team based in Lincoln. A graduate of Nottingham Trent University, Tim has been involved in commercial property since 1990 and returned to Lincoln in 1999 to join Banks Long & Co as a partner.
Tim offers a broad range of services in the development and investment sectors, serving clients in both the public and private sectors as well as advising on asset management initiatives aimed at enhancing property value.
