Stephen Power

Stephen joined Eddisons in 2019 following the firm’s acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews where he was a director since 2016.

He graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester in 1997 and trained with Carter Jonas before moving to Thames Valley in 2000, focusing on commercial property agency within the Thames Valley area, heading up a commercial agency department prior to joining a Reading based firm as a partner in 2013.

Stephen has a wide range of experience primarily focused on commercial agency disposals and lettings. His experience also includes commercial and residential property management, rent review and lease renewal expertise as well as development and investment work encompassing industrial, office, retail, and investment sectors.

Experience includes acting on behalf of development funds, providing pre-application advice, and assisting with and securing planning consent, including providing evidence at planning hearings and marketing projects through to completion. Marketing includes a wide range of commercial properties, factories, workshops and high end business space acting for private investment owners and large property funds, and the appraisal and sale of development sites. Stephen has also acted as a court appointed expert witness.
