Simon Parsons

Simon Parsons joined Eddisons in 2022 as a Director in the Peterborough agency team. Simon has 28 years of experience working in the commercial property market, including a period of his career employed within development firms. Simon also has a range of experience across all sectors of the industry with a wide range of European experience having worked in Scandinavia. Focused on providing development and investment agency services; Simon's role supports both the Peterborough agency and that of the wider agency team across the region.

In addition, Simon has established himself in a variety of occupier-led consultancy and tenant rep work, which requires a diverse knowledge of the wider market and working with various other consultants. Recently, working as part of a client team for a international occupier to provide a UK Real Estate Strategy for the client's UK expansion programme.
