Ryan Lambert

Ryan is a MCIOB Chartered Building Surveyor and joined Eddisons in 2019. He forms part of the Cambridge Building & Project Consultancy team, covering the East and South East regions. He has experience in working as a lead designer, building surveyor and project manager on projects of varying size and value across different public and private sectors.

Having regularly project managed refurbishments for clients from the education and healthcare sector, Ryan understands the delivery challenges faced within these demanding operational sites and works very closely with clients from the initial project brief stage to project handover to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction throughout.

Ryan also has a proven track record working with academies and sixth form colleges to obtain funding through the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF).
