Rowan Manning

Rowan Manning joined Eddisons in 2020 as a placement student in our Leeds valuations team. After achieving a degree in Property Development and Planning BSc, he then joined Eddisons as a full-time graduate surveyor and is now working towards his RICS chartership. 

Rowan provides a range of services and advice to commercial clients based across Yorkshire and further afield. Specialising in commercial property valuations, Rowan's role centres on providing loan security advice, valuations for internal management accounts, and pension fund purposes as well as valuation advice for acquisition purposes. In recent years he has assisted the team in providing valuation advice for a series of educational establishments including schools and universities.
