Richard Temple

Richard Temple qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011, having joined Eddisons in 2007. He has considerable experience in all aspects of plant and machinery disposal and valuation, having worked on a large variety of cases involving both solvent and insolvent companies, also providing valuations for asset-based lenders, insurers and High Court Enforcement Officers.

Project Experience
Richard is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 16 years of direct valuation and insolvency experience across multiple market sectors.
Experience includes:

• Richard has been involved in the negotiation and sale of numerous high value assets ranging from a large 5 colour printing press for a major finance company to an auction sale of 50 tractor units and 150 trailers, Sales of prestige motor vehicles, boats, planes, and helicopters. Sale of Recovered Silver and precious metals.
• As part of Eddisons asset-based finance team, Richard works with a range of asset-based lenders and insurers to provide valuation for security purposes, insurance, and on-going asset monitoring
• He has been involved in the disposal of to international buyers including large and small assets as diverse as light aircraft, motor yachts, Petrochemical equipment, to industrial diamonds and antiques to name a few
• Richard has also been involved in the sale of a wide range of company assets inc motor vehicles and construction equipment following the insolvency of companies throughout the UK and Ireland
• On instruction of High Court Enforcement Offices Richard has organised the sale of sized and distrained goods.
