Paul Gagan

Paul joined the team at Eddisons in 2012 to lead the team in Manchester, having previously held senior director positions with national and international chartered surveying businesses.

As an early adopter of sustainable management, he has delivered rounded commercial advice to private investor, institutional and financial clients. In addition to exceptional core portfolio management skills, his value add has included management company structuring, dispute resolution, receivership, portfolio procurement aggregation and travel plan co-ordination.

Paul now acts as Group Property Director for Begbies Traynor Group Plc, responsible for delivery of an agile international cost effective and evolving accommodation strategy for a range of businesses ( including Eddisons Chartered Surveyors, Pugh & Co Auctioneers, Begbies Traynor, HNG Surveyors, CVR Global, Springboard Finance, Mantra Capital Holdings, MAF Holdings, Daniells Harrison and many others ).

With nearly 30 years of practical and pragmatic experience in the property industry, supporting clients and guiding them to competitive advantage in their chosen market, he provides a true 360 degree view and clear solutions in a changing world.
