About Nick

Nick Verity joined Eddisons in September 2021 as a Valuation Surveyor in our Leeds Valuation team.

Nick started in the industry in 2005, initially specialising in Residential Survey, Valuation and Agency. He has since held Property Management and Lease Advisory roles, overseeing and advising on a broad range of asset types on behalf of investment clients including: major financial institutions, pension funds, corporate landlords and high net worth individuals.

Nick became a RICS Registered Valuer shortly after joining the firm and now specialises in providing Valuation advice to financial institutions, property investors and business on a wide range of commercial and residential asset types across the industrial, retail, office, residential and healthcare sectors. Most notably, he has recently provided valuation advice for loan security purposes to a high street bank, facilitating the acquisition of a ‘Landmark’ city centre mixed use retail/office building in excess of £5,000,000.
