About Nick
Nick Holtby joined Eddisons in 2023 as an agency and valuation surveyor in the Fareham agency team. Following qualification as a chartered surveyor in 2015, he has worked across the south coast for a range of independent consultancies and developers.
Providing a range of services and advice to commercial clients based across the south coast, Nick specialises in agency, valuation and development appraisals where his main role centres on protecting and enhancing the value of his clients’ assets.
Nick was notably involved in a number of build to rent developments in Southampton, including Gatehouse Apartments and Bow Square, the later comprising 279 flats with ancillary commercial accommodation.
He is also a member of the RICS, the Portsmouth Property Association and the Southampton Property Association.
