Mike Mather

Mike joined Eddisons in November 2023, when Andrew Forbes was acquired by Eddisons Commercial. As a Director based in the Bristol office, he oversees healthcare valuations across the South and South West of England as well as South Wales. Additionally, he handles general commercial valuation work for pension providers and residential development schemes.

Prior to his involvement with the Andrew Forbes business from 1999, he worked for GVA (now Avison Young), specialising in business rates, with a particular interest in hospitals and large industrial buildings. Earlier experience included European valuations, insolvency work, and commercial agency at GVA, as well as experience at a commercial development company.
