About Mike
Mike joined Eddisons in 2019 as head of the Detailed Design arm of the practice following the acquisition of Croft Transport Planning and Design.
He leads the Detailed Design arm of the consultancy which provides highway design services to a range of residential and commercial clients across the country.
Recent highways infrastructure projects that Mike has managed include Langley Sustainable Urban Extension (LSUE) and St Helens Town Centre Regeneration. LSUE is one of the largest residential developments in the UK, comprising 6000 units on a site in Sutton Coldfield, north-east of Birmingham. St Helens Town Centre Regeneration is a £100 million transformation of the town centre with extensive highways infrastructure improvements together with a new 150 bed hotel, bus station, market hall, apartments, town houses and extensive public realm.
Mike is Chartered and graduated from Surrey University with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, also acquiring master's in Transport Planning and Construction Management from Edinburgh and Bolton Universities. In his spare time, Mike enjoys athletics and sprints for the Great Britain Masters athletics team.
