Matthew Jennings

Matthew provides a range of services and advice to commercial clients and tenants across the Yorkshire region including lettings, sales, acquisitions, disposals and landlord/tenant and management work. He has acted on a range of different commercial properties including, but not limited to, industrial estates, offices, residential and commercial land, retail premises, residential block of flats and care homes.

In recent years, deals included lettings of over 500,000 sq ft of industrial stock in West Yorkshire, sales of industrial premises ranging from £250,000 up to and over four million pounds, sales of a residential blocks in the North East of over two million pounds, and sales of office blocks of over 100,000 sq ft.

Matthew is also a member of the RICS and a qualified surveyor.
