Martin Hughes

Martin was previously a Director and shareholder of Barker Storey Matthews, prior to the practice being acquired by Eddisons in 2019. Heading up the professional team in the Eastern of England for Barker Storey Matthews, he is now the Regional Valuations Director for Eddisons, based in Peterborough and managing the eastern valuation team which covers the East Midlands and East Anglia.  

Martin acts for a wide range of clients to include most banks/lenders as well as local authorities, private and publicly listed companies, pension funds and individuals. He also provides general consultancy and strategic advice to clients as well as advising and negotiating on behalf of clients on Landlord and Tenant matters.

As well as being a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, Martin was previously appointed to the RICS Eastern Board and currently acts as the panel manager for Eddisons, managing our various lender and panel relationships on a national basis.
