Lisa Jolley

Lisa started her property career in residential agency, progressing to specialising in sales & marketing for a diverse range of house builders and developers across Yorkshire and the North West. Over a decade ago, Lisa had a complete change of direction, which alongside a full-time sales role resulted in successfully completing a handful of tenders for key account clients. This quickly evolved into setting up the bid function and soon became a full-time role. Lisa joined Eddisons in 2020 as Head of Bids to manage the end to end tender / bid process across the business. This has resulted in securing Eddisons a place on targeted frameworks including; Crown Commercial Service (CCS), ESPO and Homes England, which means that Eddisons can now access many more tendering opportunities across the public sector. As a result, the volume of new opportunities has continued to grow year on year, as has the total value of contracts won for Eddisons.

Through the bid team, new clients and contracts continue to be secured throughout the business including Reading Council (Strategic and Multi-Disciplinary services), Rushmoor Council (Property Management), The University of Nottingham (Building Consultancy) and a growing number of government agencies. Lisa has ambitious plans to continue to increase Eddisons market share by streamlining processes, developing collateral to ensure continual improvement across future bids and maintaining a measured approach to the bid/no bid process.
