Jason Ghayour

Jason is an Associate Director at Eddisons, where he expertly directs facility management strategies for a diverse property portfolio from our Kettering offices. With over 9 years of surveying experience, he has a strong foundation in civil engineering (2:1 with Honors, Northampton University), and prior experience in the public sector as a bridge engineer, that honed his skills in asset management, surveying, and project management. Jason delivers exceptional results in budget management, compliance, sustainability, and FM operations.

His proven leadership is demonstrated by his rapid career progression and management of complex facility portfolios. Jason's commitment to excellence is evidenced by his professional certifications, namely the RICS where he has been awarded an Associate Member in Commercial Property (AssocRICS), Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM), and affiliation with IOSH from obtaining a National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Most notably in recent years, Jason has been a pivotal influence in advising, overseeing the instruction, and managing resilient IT infrastructure upgrades for landlord and tenant services at our managed 115,000 sq. foot office space in Peterborough. More recent ongoing projects include the installation of a 300kW solar panel array, potentially providing the client with an estimated saving of £40k per annum in electricity consumption.
