About Jack
Jack Cooper joined Eddisons in 2015 as a placement Surveyor within Leeds, before finishing his final year of university at Sheffield Hallam and returning as a graduate surveyor in 2017. Jack has since achieved chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and moved on to become Senior Building Surveyor within the Sheffield Building and Project Consultancy team.
Jack provides a range of services to both private and public sector clients, delivering both large capital projects and undertaking professional services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, reinstatement cost assessments and schedules of condition.
Most notably, Jack has delivered over 50 capital projects for both commercial and public sector clients ranging from £20,000 to £1m+, with more than 9 years industry experience.
