Gavin Hynes

Gavin joined Eddisons as a Director in June 2022 following Eddisons acquisition of Budworth Hardcastle. Gavin has 36 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, particularly active in the Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire markets.  

Gavin’s experience has historically covered most elements of general practice surveying with a strong agency, investment and development base. More recently, specialising in asset management and strategic property advice for property companies, pension funds, occupiers, charities and high net worth individuals in their property portfolios.
