About Dean
Dean joined Eddisons in 2019 after two and half years working as a Building Surveyor at Capita. He has experience in construction as a joiner, as well as working overseas. Forming part of the Building & Project Consultancy team, Dean has 6 years’ experience of providing consultancy services to a wide range of clients, both within the private and public sector including: education, health care, residential, commercial and industrial.
Dean oversees contract administration and project management of various refurbishment/extension schemes and developments for mainly educational clients. Projects have ranged in value from £100,000.00 to £1,500,000.00. Furthermore, he is well versed in RIBA stages of works, CDM regulations, JCT forms of contract and undertakes PPM, condition and feasibility surveys.
As well as being a Chartered Surveyor, Dean is also a qualified drone pilot with a A2CofC license.
