About Dan
Dan Preddy joined Eddisons in 2024 in the Fareham office as part of the Building Surveying and Consultancy team. He completed his Masters degree in Building Surveying from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in 2019 and continued on, becoming a RICS Chartered building surveyor in May 2021.
Dan carries out an array of professional services along the south coasts, working with both commercial and residential clients. He also has a wide range of knowledge within the private healthcare sector including insurance valuations, condition surveys and undertaking complex projects.
As well as being a Chartered Surveyor, Dan is also a member of the RICS and is an RICS APC Assessor.
