Anne Stephenson

Anne Stephenson joined Eddisons in 2019 as an administrative assistant at our Newcastle upon Tyne location. Following her experience with Eddisons supporting the Building Consultancy and Commercial Valuation teams at our North-East location, Anne is now undertaking a Degree Apprenticeship studying BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying at Northumbria University.

As well as studying at Northumbria University, Anne is expanding her knowledge across all areas of building surveying by assisting co-workers on site and at the office whilst undergoing her studies for the degree. Her experience includes contract administration, information and finance management including management of instructions from engagement to completion, client care, background analysis including planning, land registry and other statutory enquiries.  Anne also assists colleagues in preparing specification of works, PPMs, funding applications, tendering and contract administration for commercial, industrial, and domestic properties.
