Adam Finch

Adam opened the Eddisons office in January 2017 as an Associate Director and has since grown a Building and Project Consultancy team to a team of seven, covering the North East and Cumbria. Adam was promoted to Director in 2021.

Adam provides a range of typical building and project management consultancy services to a number of commercial clients across various sectors, although the majority of clients are in the education sector. Therefore, Adam delivers, and has overall responsibility for, the successful delivery of all capital funded refurbishment and new build schemes which Eddisons are appointed on as lead designer. Project values range from £50k to £5m.

Whilst successfully managing the every day operation of the Eddisons B&PC team, Adam also assists with the delivery of numerous professional consultancy roles. This includes pre acquisition surveys; planned preventative maintenance programmes; asset management plans; schedules of condition; bank monitoring for developments and dilapidations.

Adam is a member of the RICS and was shortlisted by the RICS in 2018 for Young Surveyor of the Year Award following nominations from peers and clients.

In his spare time, Adam is a frustrated golfer, hands on dad and an optimistic NUFC fan.
