Range of office suites and labs in Cambridge village R&D location

Eddisons incorporating Barker Storey Matthews is the sole agent on a range of suites to suit office or laboratory use available to let on flexible lease terms at Harston Mill, five miles south of Cambridge.

The available space ranges in size from 18 sq m (192 sq ft) to larger suites of 292 sq m (3,146 sq ft) with the ability to combine suites.

The suites are to let at £19 to £22 psf per annum, excl, on flexible lease terms.
