A modern warehouse with an energy performance rating of ‘A’ and EV charging provision in its yard is the latest industrial letting that our Peterborough team is currently marketing.
The 27,639 sq ft, clear span warehouse with two-storey offices was built in 2018, just off Newark Road in the city centre.
At ground level, it holds 26,269 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space, with offices on the first floor providing an additional 1,010 sq. ft. of business accommodation.

Peterborough’s Eastern Industry area, in and around Newark Road, is the city’s most established light industrial and warehouse district. It remains popular area for a range of commercial occupiers including manufacturers, trade counter and car sales showroom occupiers.
It is one mile east of the city centre and has good access to Peterborough’s Parkway network (A1139) with onward road connections across the region via the A1(M), A15, A605 & A47.
Although 1-4 Newark East is available to let via lease assignment or sublease, there may be the opportunity to negotiate a new, longer lease with the landlord through the agent.
