Latest industrial instruction available to let in Huntingdon’s principal trading estate

A warehouse with front offices on Glebe Road in Huntingdon is the latest industrial letting instruction for our property agency team.

The premises at 12 Glebe Road are set within the St Peter’s Road Industrial Estate area - the Cambridgeshire market town’s principal trading location given its proximity to the A14/A1(M) interchange and onward road connections to the M6, M11 and the East Coast ports.

A 14,600 sq. ft., end-of-terrace unit, 12 Glebe Road is on a prominent corner location, sharing its security fenced-in rear yard and rear loading area with its neighbouring occupiers.

The separate office accommodation is at the front of the unit, at ground floor level and is open plan, providing options for offices and meeting rooms, alongside staff welfare facilities. It is accessed directly from the car park at the front of the property, which has parking for 12 cars. The small entrance reception leads to the office area, with a connecting door to the warehouse.

There is also a separate staff canteen as part of the ground floor space. In combination the warehouse and office accommodation totals 14,630 sq ft with a further storage mezzanine of 2,308 sq ft.

In speaking about this latest lettings instruction, on which Eddisons is the sole agent, Huntingdon’s Stephen Power, said, “This part of Huntingdon has always appealed to industrial and trade counter occupiers, many of them high profile operators who are long-established on the estate.

“However, there is no question that the completion of the upgrading of the A14, and improvements to Huntingdon town centre’s road network has raised the profile of the town to new commercial occupiers.

“Both local and wider regional businesses recognise the advantageous position the Huntingdon district occupies in the corridor between Peterborough and Cambridge, as well as adjacent to the East Midlands’ industrial and logistics hubs.

“We would urge potential occupiers to register interest in the 12 Glebe Road premises sooner rather than later.”

Viewing of 12 Glebe Road, Huntingdon, is strictly by appointment through Eddisons. For more information, contact Stephen Power on 01480 571578, through stephen.power@eddisons.com or through eddisons.com.
