The final month of the year sees Eddisons confirming that it has secured a new occupier for the remaining unit to let at 340 St Saviours Road, Leicester - an industrial scheme where its locally-based agent, Aman Verma, has acted in the letting of all but one of the scheme’s total of six units.
340 St Saviours Road is an established estate of six self-contained industrial units, built for production/warehouse facilities, just over one and a half (1.6 miles) from Leicester city centre.
Unit B, the last of the vacant units to let recently, is 2,000 sq ft and has been let, on a new lease to a manufacturing & distribution company operating in the retail beauty sector.
In acting for a private family property client, Aman Verma secured the letting of four units at 340 St Saviours Road - the majority of which over an eighteen month period - before joining Eddisons to set up its Leicester office this past summer.
At that point, the client then instructed Eddisons, on the letting of Unit B, the only remaining vacant unit at the scheme, with Aman Verma leading the firm’s successful agency on the unit in securing an occupier by late autumn.
Speaking about the Leicester agent’s letting success at the industrial scheme at 340 St Saviours Road, Gilbert Harvey, Director, Eddisons, said, “Aman’s depth of knowledge of the area and the contrasting strengths of its commercial markets in Leicester itself and across the county are key to growing our presence in the region.
“The extent of his involvement in securing so many lettings at 340 St Saviours Road is a testament to Aman’s dealmaking skills and the confidence clients can have in Eddisons as a property consultancy in Leicester.
“We are looking forward to announcing more instructions and deals in the coming year.”
