Eddisons has confirmed the sale of the freehold interests in two historic town centre properties in the Huntingdonshire district of Cambridgeshire.
In the market town of St Ives, a Grade II Listed set of former retail premises with residential accommodation in the town’s conservation area have been sold with a guide price of £395,000. The property at 26-28 The Broadway has a total of 3,569 sq ft of, in combination, retail, residential and outbuildings space, plus a rear yard/parking area and sits on a 0.2 acre site in the town’s central area.

In Huntingdon town centre, the freehold of the period property on 7-8 Market Hill sold with a guide price of £380,000 for 3,306 sq ft of commercial space. The property’s immediate past use was as offices but with Class E use designation, Eddisons advises that the property was marketed as suitable for a range of general commercial uses.
