An eye health clinic and surgical centre has opened new premises in Bury St Edmunds following confirmation of the letting of Ross House - now known as Clarity House - on Drinkstone Office Park, by Eddisons who acted as joint agents with Underwoods on behalf of the landlord.
The operator of the eye healthcare clinic, Newmedica has made a substantial investment in an extensive fit out of the two storey, former office to provide a high-quality specialist medical facility.
Totalling 8,878 sq ft, Clarity House gives the healthcare operator extensive, modern premises, with over 35 parking spaces, on the popular business park, which is on the eastern outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, close to Suffolk Business Park.
Commenting on the new facility, Newmedica Operational Director, Rosemary Smith said, “NHS and private patients in West Suffolk and surrounding areas can now access a greater range of eye services, including surgery, at our new state-of-the-art facility at Clarity House.
“We are passionate about providing outstanding care and treatment and the new premises will support us in delivering excellence in eyecare.”
Simon Burton, Director, Eddisons, added, “These new premises for Newmedica are giving the business scope to enhance its facilities and expand its operation, following the success of its original premises at Lawson Place and the services its specialists can offer in investing in the eye health of clients in Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding area.”
