From east to west, we have swept the leaderboard as the some of the most active dealmakers in the country.

With new entries in Leicestershire and Cumbria, we can see that our organic and acquisitive growth is helping our teams further reach new clients – from small businesses to multi-national companies.

Cambridgeshire

22 deals were made by our fantastic group of agents in the East of England this quarter. Surveyors Matthew Hunt and Joe Berry were able to secure these sales, with help from Julian Welch, Stephen Power and Gavin Hynes.

Matthew and Joe ranked 1st and 3rd in the individual dealmakers leaderboard, and Eddisons ranked 1st overall in the company leaderboard.

Cumbria

Edward Feather landed in first place this quarter by securing 2 lucrative deals in Cumbria, as part of our auctions division.

Property auctions is a huge part of Eddisons’ services, providing alternative routes to disposals and acquisitions. Ed and his team have been really busy working with residential, commercial and land sales and purchases.

Lancashire

Similarly in Lancashire, Will Thompson has been the most active dealmaker in Lancashire these last three months. The auctioneer completed 3 deals across the quarter with 7083 sq. ft. passed over.

Leicestershire

Carl Finch, another auctioneer in the Midlands, has helped us medal in Leicestershire by securing 3,111 sq.ft of area.

We are hoping that new director Aman Verma’s addition to the Leicester office will see our position rise next quarter!

Lincolnshire

A very impressive 132,056 sq. ft. has been sold in Lincolnshire by our Lincoln team since July.

Cameron Mcrae, Jasper Nilsson and Will Wall have all contributed to the number – coming in 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively in the individual dealmaker’s leaderboard for Lincoln.

Northamptonshire

The Kettering & Northampton team has been able to make waves in their county by securing over 100,000 sq. ft. of space in the area. Amanda Lawrence scored the top spot, with Gilbert Harvey in 3rd place.

Thanks to the efforts of Amanda, Gilbert and the rest of the team, Eddisons is ranking 3rd in the East Midlands.

Yorkshire and the Humber

Matt Jennings made 3rd place in the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber for scoring 82,529 sq. ft., whilst claiming the top spot in Bradford, Huddersfield, and West Yorkshire.

With his effort, alongside Adrian Little, Will Thompson and Cameron Mcrae, Eddisons secured 1st place on the Yorkshire and the Humber leaderboard by selling 205,291 sq. ft. across 46 deals.

The bigger picture

One of the big headlines for Eddisons from this last quarter’s leaderboards is that our property auctions division has been recognised as a consistent and reliable way to secure sales on your buildings. When faced with asset disposal, it’s important to know how all the options fare in this ever-changing landscape.

As the second most successful dealmaker in the country (5 deals from pole position!), Eddisons is a huge player in the agency market, and we’re looking forward to capitalising on our work.
