Two lettings instructions on which Eddisons is the sole agent represent the contrasting retail offer of the Cambridgeshire market town of St Ives, according to the firm’s Huntingdon agency.
As a growing market town in the county’s Huntingdonshire district, St Ives has a market square in the town centre with a retail mix of established names - such as Waitrose, WH Smith, Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett - and independent operators. The town centre offer is boosted twice a week by traditional market stalls & traders that bookend the week on Mondays and Fridays.
In that part of the town, 15 Crown Street is available to let.
It’s a conventional, ground floor retail unit totalling 1,466 sq ft (136.25 sq m), of which 1,329 sq ft (123.4 sq m) is the sales trading area. There is loading access to the rear. Nearby occupiers are Mountain Warehouse, Poundland and Costa Coffee.
Formerly occupied by the clothing store Fat Face, 15 Crown Street is offered to let with vacant possession.
In contrast, on the outskirts of St Ives, Eddisons is instructed to let 3 Joiners Court - a modern trade counter unit of 3,960 sq ft (367.89 sq m) across ground and mezzanine levels.
The St Ives Trading Estate on Nuffield Road is long established location for the town’s industrial occupiers, but Joiners Court is a relatively new addition of terraced units at the front of the estate.

Recent commercial development on this side of the town has seen the addition of an Aldi supermarket to the north of Morrisons on Harrison Way, as well as a food & beverage park with a number of drive-thru operators including Eric’s Fish & Chips, Costa Coffee, and McDonalds.
