Cambridge’s first Bauhaus let by Eddisons
Eddisons, acting for the vendor, has successfully let an office unit in Cambridge’s first Bauhaus building to software solutions company Nethermind.
The new occupier has taken a new lease on the 1,390 sq ft (129 sq m) self-contained, ground floor office at number 5-7 Portugal place. The property comprises modern, open plan accommodation plus three portioned office and a board room with glazed frontage to Portugal Place.
The property is situated in a pedestrianised passage linking Bridge Street with Jesus Green in Cambridge and is also a short walk from the shops, restaurants and the University of Cambridge.
Portugal Place has also been home to many famous residents, including Francis Crick, one of Britain's great scientists and Allama Muhammed Iqbal, a famous poet, philosopher, lawyer and politician from British India.
