Agent points to Huntingdon’s place on the map with sale of vacant office suite confirmed
The sale of a ground floor and first floor office suite within Aspen House on Huntingdon’s Vantage Park business location has been confirmed by the local agency office of Eddisons, who acted as the sole agent under the vendor’s instruction.
The 1,711 sq ft office suite, 10D Aspen House, was marketed for sale with vacant possession and the balance of a 999 year long-leasehold for offers in the region of £250,000, with the agent open to considering letting options for the premises too.
While Eddisons has confirmed the completion of the sale, the final price paid and the identity of the new owner remain undisclosed by the agent.
However, Matthew Hunt, Associate Director at Eddisons, who led the instruction on behalf of the vendor, believes that confirmation of the sale this summer indicates remaining confidence in owner occupiers to purchase in the area.
He explains, “Huntingdon offers a very advantageous position for commercial property investors and occupiers.
“As we said in our Huntingdon spring update earlier this year, the upgrading of the A428 between the A1 south of St Neots and Cambridge, which is well underway, can only improve Huntingdon district’s profile to a new set of investors, operators, and occupiers who may have previously overlooked its favourable location.”
