Project
The owner of a large country hotel which included a spa, swimming pools and leisure facilities approached Eddisons for a valuation. The hotel had been extensively updated with the addition of two outbuildings.
Approach
Eddisons surveyed the entire hotel including leisure facilities. Various measurements and features of the building were taken in to account for the valuation.
Results
The valuation was provided for investment purposes in the form of a detailed valuation report. The report included a breakdown of plans with separate values for each of the out buildings.
