A private client with a substantially large care home approached Eddisons to provide a valuation.
Approach
The RICS registered valuers set out to value the care home. Various factors were taken into consideration such as the condition of the premises, whether the property was freehold/leasehold, fixtures, fittings, furnishings, trading performance, location and many more.
Results
A comprehensive valuation report was provided. The report was clear, concise and explained the approach and factors considered for the valuation. The client was pleased with the detail of the valuation and the timely delivery. The care home was sold a month later.
