We were instructed to support the reinstatement of a residential property following significant fire damage caused by an unattended candle.
Approach
Eddisons’ end-to-end services allowed for our teams to provide a measured survey complete with drawings, a details specification of the works needed to reinstate the property, and tendering and contract administration to ensure completion.
Results
Due to our collaborative approach with our client and our project teams, we were able to repair the home to a good standard, satisfying all parties.
Moreover, we were able to reposition the boiler into the loft space, freeing space to expand the family bathroom and create an ensuite for the master bedroom.
