Our client Crest Nicholson approached Eddisons to advise estate costs and charges on the construction of a new residential development site. On top of this, Eddisons was also appointed as managing agents once the development was built.
Approach
As managing agents, Eddisons has attended monthly meetings to propose solutions for issues that have been raised from residents of Ackender Hill and the surrounding areas. The Fareham team also arranged for the local authority and the Forestry Commission to adopt the Country Park, meadow and woods.
Results
Crest Nicholson received clearly presented budgets and estate figures from the construction’s lifecycle from Eddisons, allowing them to allocate money accordingly and in keeping with their requirements and objectives.
Kevin and his team, especially the Accounts Department, have helped the Residents Association tremendously. The transparency of their service has been excellent.
