IPSA appointed Eddisons to undertake an organisation performance review of the estate function that oversaw the MP Constituency Estate and identify improvements and alternative delivery structures.
Approach
Eddisons undertook a deep dive and carried our key stakeholder consultations with staff and service users to identify areas of improving the delivery of service & alternative service delivery models.
Results
We helped identify new forms of corporate landlord function and initiatives to improve estates and professional service delivery.
