A Multi-let industrial site suffered a major fire. The freeholder experienced significant issues with his Broker and Insurer in securing a satisfactory claims settlement and approached Eddisons.
Approach
Eddisons initially engaged as claims consultants to resolve the issues the investor was experiencing. Eddisons were soon appointed as insurance brokers.
Results
As a result Eddisons delivered a ‘fit for purpose’ insurance programme with minimal impact on insurance costs resulting from the fire. Eddisons worked closely with the client in terms of risk management matters arising.
