An investment services group were seeking professional advice on their 20 year old office building on Cambourne Park, Cambridge. The property required upgrades and refurbishment prior to re-letting.

Eddisons provided advice on the necessary works to the building to meet current occupier expectations around specification, amenities and quality, ensuring we can secure the highest rent and the best return on investment.
We advised on a multi-let strategy offering a range of suite sizes to best match the demand in the market and achieve quick lettings.
Results
As a result of our services, the client transformed the building into a much improved and lettable office building with two lettings being achieved on 40% of the building prior to completion of the works. In addition, a record headline rent has been achieved for the business park with a subsequent uplift in our client’s asset value.
