Eddisons are looking for an experienced Freelance/ Interim Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join our busy Building Consultancy & Sustainability team. You will be working across a varied portfolio of Real Estate but with a focus on the Education Sector.
The ideal candidate will have experience in
Condition Surveys and Inspections
- Building Surveys: Assessment of existing mechanical and electrical systems to determine their condition, performance, and remaining lifespan.
- Compliance Inspections: Ensuring that systems meet relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Projects
- Energy Audits: Evaluating energy consumption of mechanical and electrical systems and recommending improvements.
- Sustainable Design: Integrating renewable energy sources (solar panels, heat pumps) and other energy-saving technologies into new or existing buildings.
