Tasks and responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
- Carrying out dilapidations on behalf of Landlords & Tennant’s
- Undertaking building surveys and site inspections
- Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules
- Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects
- Delivery of contract administration services
- Fund Monitoring
- Working with external clients and consultant teams
Key skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Capable report and specification writing skills
- MRICS Qualification
