Sales Success For Eddisons
The Yorkshire agency team at National firm of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has completed sales on over 210,000 sq ft at sites across the county.
Dalton Mills, an historic mill complex in Keighley was sold on behalf of Magna Investments Ltd to a private investor. The 150,000 sq ft. building includes tenanted industrial and office space, producing income of £93,000 per annum. The sale also incorporates the parts of the mill damaged recently by fire.
Elsewhere, Bridge House a 29,880 sq ft industrial unit in the Bramley area of Leeds has been sold to Norseman Direct Holdings Ltd off an asking price of £795,000.
Meanwhile an 8,800 sq ft investment property on Leathley Road in Hunslet, to the south of Leeds city centre has been bought by property rental firm Towndoor Ltd, off an asking price of £290,000. The property has been divided into six business starter units, ranging from 481 sq ft to 2442 sq ft.
Eddisons acted on behalf of Hexagon Properties.
Deals have also been concluded on properties in Harrogate, Wakefield and Doncaster, as well as three sites in Bradford.
These include a 7,863 sq ft unit at 5 Oxford Place, close to Bradford city centre which was sold on behalf of Ortho-Care (UK), to Printer Roller Services Ltd, off an asking price of £250,000.
