Retail Investments Amongst Next Auction Stock
Retail investments, let to Thomas Cook Travel Ltd, are among stock at the next Eddisons two day property auction on October 25 and 30.
These include a property on Manchester Road in Denton which generates annual rent of £26,250. The guide price is £200,000 plus, a potential return of over 13%.
A unit in Selby town centre, also let to Thomas Cook Travel Ltd at an annual rent of £30,800, has a guide of £300,000 plus.
Meanwhile an investment property in Horsforth, on the outskirts of Leeds, which generates income of £75,000 per annum, is also going under the hammer.
The mixed used property on New Road Side comprises the Kobe bar, Co–operative Funeral Services and The Curtain Shop. The guide price is £775 to 785,000, a potential return of 9.7%.
Other stock includes a part let office/business centre in Scunthorpe.
Bellwin House occupies a site of approximately 1.3 acres and has the potential to generate annual income in the region of £83,000 when fully let. The guide price is £180 to 195,000.
A number of lots are being offered at declared nil reserves. These include a parcel of public open space land in Bradford which is being offered on the instructions of Barratt Homes.

In total Eddisons has attracted 122 lots for its two day sale which takes place on October 25 at Elland Road, Leeds and on October 30 at The Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester. Both sales start at 12.30pm.
