The proposed development will comprise of a single block subdivided into individual units. Each unit will have their own offices with two units having a larger office content incorporating a first floor area. Allocated parking is available for each unit. Construction will be of steel portal frame with clad external elevations incorporating a sectional up and over doorway to the warehouse area. A full specification will be provided in due course.
