Tyson and Cronin Courtyards have a mixture of semi-detached and terraced factory units, with steel portal frame construction giving clear span warehousing/production areas, with ground and first floor office and ancillary space to the front elevations. The buildings have elevations of cavity brick/block walls with insulated profile steel cladding above, with the roofs incorporating translucent roof lights. There is an internal clear eaves height of approximately 5.8m (19ft). All the units are fitted with fluorescent lighting throughout with Tyson Courtyard fitted with gas fired heating to the factory/warehouse area. Cronin Courtyard has oil fired blower heaters to the warehouse/production area and electric panel heaters to the offices. Both Courtyards have single and three phase electric. Loading is via up and over insulated loading doors, with parking immediately to the front of the unit with general parking also available in the courtyard area. On site security camera system is installed.
